Question #1: “Who is Ella Winston?”
Ella Winston is the customer I design all my pieces for. She isn't a "real" person, meaning, I didn't name the business after someone I know personally. Instead, I thought about who I wanted to design my pieces for and then asked myself "what would her name be?"
Ella Winston is a modern bride who values the sentiment of wedding heirlooms. She loves all things girly, beautiful and unique. She has a quiet confidence about her and her style appears effortless.
Question #2: “When will my item ship?”
If you order a piece that is NOT personalized with embroidery it typically ships out within 1-2 business days. If you order something that DOES have embroidery it will ship out within 3-5 business days.
I can also rush orders for you if you need them fast. See question 3 below.
Question #3: “My wedding is next weekend! Can I receive the item quickly?”
YES! I have got you covered!! Wedding accessories and gifts are typically the last items to be purchased which is why I always offer rush options. All you have to do is upgrade your shipping during the checkout process and then include a note in the box provided that you need your items by whatever your specific date is.
Question #4: “How long does shipping take and can I upgrade my shipping?”
The FREE standard shipping I offer within the US takes about 2-5 business days for delivery once I send it out.
I do offer shipping upgrades if you need your item faster. USPS priority mail service takes 2-3 business days once shipped and USPS express mail takes 1-2 business days once shipped.
These upgrades can be selected during the checkout process.
Question #5: “How is the monogram typically done?”
A traditional monogram for a female is done in this order: First name initial, Last name initial, Middle name initial. So, let’s say that Ella Winston’s middle name is Grace her monogram would be: EWG and the W would be larger than the other initials.
A monogram for the couple is done in the following order: Groom’s first name initial, Groom’s last name initial, Bride’s first name initial. So, in my case (my husbands name is Michael Ames) our monogram would be MAK (with A being the largest initial).
Question #6: “What if I receive the item and decide it won’t work for me?”
I get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why I offer FREE returns. All you have to do is send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will email you back your return label. Just print it out and send the item back to me. Once I receive it the refunds will be processed.
Question #7: "Can you make me a custom garter?"
Yes! If you don't see a garter that you absolutely love in the shop, send me a message and let's design something totally custom together! I love working on special projects for my clients because it allows me to flex my creativity muscle!
Question #8: "Do you ever run sales?"
I do run sales from time to time which I typically announce on social media. I also send out special coupon codes to my newsletter subscribers a few times a year with discounts exclusively for them. You can sign up for my newsletter in the box provided below.
