No matter how good your memory is you'd be very unwise to rely on it for every little detail you have to remember concerning your wedding.
A properly constructed checklist is the very best way you can ensure that all of your wedding plans come to fruition.
Creating a wedding checklist tailored to your specific needs and desires will certainly help to relieve the inevitable stress, particularly as the special day gets closer. Having a well thought out wedding checklist will ensure that you don't forget anything and will enable you to relax, safe in this knowledge, and enjoy the day itself.
If you don’t already have a checklist, you’re in luck because I have made one for you! You might want to add to this as there are probably some items you may want to include that aren’t on my list.
Take some time to sit down with your partner and really think through the important elements that you want to include in your weddings. Once you have those add them to your checklist so they don’t get over looked as the date gets closer.
Be sure that you attend to all the major items first, such as finding a venue, photographer, flowers and wedding dress. There will be plenty of time to figure out the smaller details later.
A wedding checklist will not only ensure that you don’t forget important wedding details but it will also help you stay sane! Anytime during your wedding planning if you start to feel overwhelmed, or you’re not sure what you should work on next, whip out your wedding checklist and do the next task in line. Don’t worry about creating a wedding day timeline if you haven’t even picked out bridesmaid’s dresses yet. Just do one task at a time and when you’re done, move onto the next.
